Better Toogether helps build stronger communities by creating transformative connection through artistic and creative processes.

We coach the members of your organization to help define your collective passion and use shared creativity to make something new that tells a story that only you can tell. This act of creation strengthens the bonds between your members and harnesses the gifts we all have when we work together to build something unique and beautiful.

We will interview you to uncover your strengths and what you want to see change in your community. We will learn what forms of communication you use and what you have done in the past to build bonds. We will help you figure out what you want to keep and what isn’t working. Then, we will guide your community to create something that is unique to you and bring you closer together.

We will learn about your group’s culture and gain an understanding about what will be culturally relevant to your members to foster engagement.

Each engagement begins with a questionnaire and an initial meeting with your community’s leaders to uncover the needs and goals you have. We then work with your team to enrich the lives of your members and deepen connection through the joyful act of building something that is bigger than ourselves.

  • Leading and facilitating a family dance night at local YMCA.

  • Making Scripture come to life with a dramatization of the Rahab story.

  • Helping a local church discover and implement a new and highly group-engaging Christmas Program.

  • Co-creating a mother/daughter dance which tells the story through movement.
